Job Description
• Lead, develop, and manage a team of Enrollment Specialists
• Maintain a limited personal enrollment caseload
• Achieve and sustain team enrollment targets
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members
• Monitor performance metrics and conduct evaluations
• Handle complex cases and model best practices
Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years in enrollment, admissions, inside sales, or member engagement
- Prior leadership or team lead experience
- Demonstrated success improving conversion or team performance
- Experience in metric-driven environments
- Healthcare or caregiving experience preferred
