• Lead end-to-end NPI programs for catalog products and instruments, from concept definition and business case development through validation and global launch • Drive Voice-of-Customer (VoC) initiatives and market research to identify unmet needs, define product requirements, and develop differentiated launch positioning and strategies • Own full product lifecycle management, including P&L accountability, portfolio performance analysis, product roadmap and strategy, pricing review, and margin optimization • Partner with R&D and Production teams to build new capabilities, resolve technical or operational issues, and continuously enhance existing offerings based on customer feedback and market insights • Collaborate closely with Marketing to develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies and create effective marketing and sales collateral • Enable global commercial teams with product training, sales tools, and ongoing on-market support to drive adoption and revenue growth • Travel to global manufacturing and R&D sites, particularly during the initial phase of the role, to gain hands-on understanding of production capabilities, processes, and constraints
