As we continue to scale, we are seeking a seasoned, strategic, and relentlessly proactive Senior Brand Success Manager who thrives inside a fast-moving digital marketing agency environment.
This is not an entry-level account management role. This is a client-facing leadership position designed for someone who understands the cadence, complexity, and performance expectations of agency life and loves it.
If you know how to manage multi-channel campaigns, translate analytics into strategy, command a room of executive stakeholders, and lead cross-functional digital teams toward measurable results, we want to meet you.
This role reports directly to the Vice President of Brand Success.
What You’ll Do:
You will serve as the strategic quarterback for your portfolio of client partnerships, ensuring delivery excellence, revenue growth, and long-term brand trust.
- Own and lead day-to-day client communications across SEO, PPC, Paid Media, Analytics, Web, and emerging channels
- Act as the senior liaison between clients and internal execution teams
- Drive alignment between performance data, business objectives, and campaign strategy
- Develop and present compelling client decks, including QBRs, annual reviews, and competitive analyses
- Oversee client reporting communications to ensure clarity, accuracy, and strategic insight, not just data delivery
- Anticipate client needs, monitor competitive landscapes, and proactively recommend growth opportunities
- Mentor and guide Brand Success Managers and other team members within assigned partnerships
- Confidently engage VP and C-suite stakeholders with executive presence and persuasive storytelling
- Travel for in-person meetings and industry events (typically 2–3 times annually)
This role requires someone who can seamlessly shift gears, synthesize information quickly, and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Digital Marketing Agency experience is a MUST. We are specifically seeking professionals who have successfully worked within a digital marketing agency environment and understand:
- Multi-channel campaign management (SEO, PPC, Paid Media, Social)
- Agency reporting structures and performance KPIs
- Cross-functional collaboration between strategy, media, analytics, and development teams
- The urgency, accountability, and client expectations are unique to agency life
Additional Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of account management experience (agency experience required)
- Proven success in managing multiple brand partnerships simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy
- Executive presence and confidence when presenting to senior leadership
- Exceptional relationship-building skills
- Natural problem solver who takes initiative and drives innovation
- Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution
- Deep curiosity and commitment to staying ahead of digital marketing trends
