• Identifying and connecting with new and existing customers and prospects via phone, email, chat, and other channels to introduce and sell our products and services. • Building relationships with customers through various channels to understand their needs and showcase how Mood products can help. • Maintain ongoing relationships with your ‘book of customers’ to manage the relationship and keep them engaged and loyal to Mood. • Partnering with the Customer Success Contact Center Leadership team to develop and refine strategies for growing our sales pipeline based on customer insights. • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and the various key performance metrics that are measured in a contact center, sales, and outbound position.
