Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX research, human-computer interaction, psychology, or a related field
- Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing, user interviews, surveys, behavioral analytics, and diary studies
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights that directly inform product decisions
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across product, design, and engineering teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor research findings for different audiences including leadership
- Experience working in a high-growth startup or fast-paced product environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with behavioral analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics (preferred)
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices and inclusive research methodologies (preferred)
- Experience working in or adjacent to healthcare, with an understanding of patient and provider workflows (preferred)
