Job Summary

 

As the Product Marketing Manager for Patient Experience, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the product marketing strategy for the Nextech Patient Experience platform. Patient Experience is a critical set of products that power and enhance the patient journey for healthcare practices. In this role, you will craft specialized messaging and positioning for Nextech Patient Experience, in partnership with segment focused Product Marketing Managers and work with the broader marketing team to conceive and develop innovative marketing programs to drive demand. The Product Marketing Manager will bring strong attention to detail, an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits. In your role as Product Marketing Manager, you will be the expert on the value our solutions provide to our clients and crafting the compelling, clear story; you will partner closely with cross-functional teams, especially product, to build a shared vision.

Essential Functions

Develop specialized positioning and messaging for Nextech Patient Experience that differentiates it within the healthcare patient engagement landscape.

· Create and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with the broader patient experience solution and specialty-specific requirements.

· Serve as the subject matter expert on your portfolio, understanding the value and benefits across different healthcare specialties. Translate complex patient journey capabilities into clear, compelling messages that resonate with healthcare practices, showcasing how it enhances patient experiences and simplifies practice workflows.

· Collaborate with Product Management, segment-focused Product Marketing Managers, and cross-functional teams (including sales enablement, and marketing) to align on the market and product vision.

· Own competitive intelligence and market trend analysis specific to your portfolio, focusing on how Nextech solutions stack up against competitors in features, pricing, and specialty-specific benefits. Research client personas across healthcare specialties to understand their unique payment processing needs and buying criteria.

· Work with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in various healthcare specialties to capture testimonials, case studies, and other content that highlights the benefits of Nextech Patient Experience for their specific practice types.

· Monitor and analyze trends in the patient experience, particularly as they relate to different specialties, to inform positioning and messaging.

· Perform additional responsibilities as assigned based on business needs

 


Minimum Requirements
  • At least 3 years of product marketing experience.
  •  Experience working with a SaaS company.
  •  Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • ·Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong presentation skills, comfortable presenting to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly segment-focused Product Marketing Managers.


Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in healthcare technology sector

· Experience in healthcare patient experience technologies.

· Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.

· Product Marketing Alliance Certification


Working Environment / Physical Demands

· Remote work environment within the United States

· Long-distance or air travel as needed – not to exceed 15% travel.

· Activities require a significant amount of sitting at office and work desks and in front of a computer monitor.
