As the Property Access Coordinator, you are expected to retrieve all access information for operational projects of ID360 and RPM. Specifically, this will include effective communication skills and persistent efforts to obtain the necessary information that will support and sustain daily access to properties for our field teams.

Access Coordination
- Email and call property managers to obtain checklist access information for all RPM projects, including lockbox codes for all vacancies, riser rooms, electrical rooms, roof ladders, shared areas, in addition to onsite and irrigation contacts.

- Create and communicate property access letters for our field teams.
- Relay access data into CRM for effective transfer to field team assignments.
- Serve as support to the logistics coordinators and logistics manager.
- Book hotels, rentals, and flights for field teams when needed.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare and deliver daily access on newly ordered projects.
- Reports to and keeps the Logistics Manager aware of logistical successes, concerns, and potential issues with access as it relates to scheduling.
- Work with the logistics coordinators to provide the needed access in a timely fashion.
- Complete HR-related paperwork accurately and on time.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
