Job Description

• Educate dental professionals on our client's products and related protocols to enhance patient care. • Provide sales and service support to foster customer relationships. • Lead virtual clinical education sessions on product protocols, including disease states, patient selection, and practice integration. • Maintain relationships with clients and prospects through phone, video, email, and live chat. • Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies that meet sales and volume targets, while gaining product knowledge and honing persuasive sales skills. • Achieve sales quotas through lead qualification, objection handling, and closing sales. • Regularly engage with existing customers and complete a set number of daily outreach activities. • Track and grow revenue within the assigned customer base. • Ensure data accuracy in CRM systems. • Conduct customer training via video conferencing tools. • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Proven dependability and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to accommodate client needs.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated sales skills, including gatekeeper navigation, feature-benefit selling, and objection handling.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and approachable.
  • Record of accomplishment in meeting sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to provide excellent service to both internal and external customers.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced and diverse work environment.
  • Registered Dental Hygienist required.
  • Dental/Healthcare sales experience preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
