Job Requirements
- 10+ years of consulting experience in your vertical (deep in-house industry experience will be considered in lieu of consulting).
- Proven success owning and scaling a strategic account portfolio, with the ability to engage in meaningful business and technology discussions—not just sell services.
- Proven track record owning and growing strategic accounts, including responsibility for $5–15M+ in annual revenue targets.
- Hands-on collaboration with data and technology teams: Partner closely with data engineering, analytics, and ML teams to design, sell, and oversee implementation of modern data solutions (data platforms, pipelines, governance, analytics, and AI)
- Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships and influence strategic roadmaps across both IT and business stakeholders.
- Credibility built on meaningful results—long tenure in a role where you drove significant revenue, retention, and/or transformation outcomes.
- Experience working in matrixed organizations and influencing cross-functional teams to deliver client success.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, depending on client needs and business priorities.
