Job Requirements
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferred Degree: Master’s Degree
- 10+ years of progressively responsible leadership in nonprofit health programs, access to care initiatives, or enterprise-level service delivery
- Minimum 5 years of executive or senior leadership experience managing large teams, partnerships, and cross-sector initiatives
- Proven ability leading complex, multi-site program portfolios and deliver measurable outcomes that improve access to care
- Experience overseeing vendor relationships, high-impact partnerships, and community health programs, with strong financial and compliance acumen
