Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years supporting programs within compliance in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of: PhRMA Code
- Sunshine Act / Open Payments
- HIPAA
- HMCC or similar compliance certification preferred (or ability to obtain within first 6 months).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working under pressure and handling time-sensitive deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Willingness to work additional hours when business needs require.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Familiarity with tools such as SurveyMonkey, Adobe PDF, FedEx systems, and email campaign platforms.
- Experience with web-based databases (Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to evolving technology.
