Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, risk management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of experience in personal lines insurance product management, underwriting, catastrophe risk management, or related roles
- Strong understanding of catastrophe modeling outputs and how they inform insurance pricing, underwriting, and portfolio management decisions
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives through influence rather than direct authority
- Experience developing strategies that balance growth, profitability, and catastrophe risk exposure
- Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into business decisions
- Ability to operate across both strategic and tactical levels of a project
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong organizational and project leadership capabilities with experience driving initiatives from concept through execution
- Solid understanding of insurance product mechanics, underwriting strategy, and portfolio management
- Ability to travel as needed for role.
