Job Requirements
- Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder.
- MS Office Suite.
- Experience using Zoom and Microsoft Office (Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, or Excel, etc.).
- Experience with calendar management, meeting scheduling and coordination, event planning, and generation of travel and expense reports.
- Experience supporting multiple executives concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with corporate travel booking tools and expense systems.
- Experience coordinating off-site meetings or events as needed.
