- Consistent Pay: Earn an hourly rate based on place of residence: $52.50 for North Carolina state residents. If based out of state, hourly rates will range between $52.50 - $70.

About the Role
- Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
- Maintain a caseload of 7-20 attended ongoing therapy and consult sessions per week
- Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress
- Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate
- Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
Requirements
- Licensed in North Carolina as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience with adults (18+)
- At least six months of teletherapy experience
- Available for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions
- Available during regular business hours for a minimum of 1 hour per week during the first 6 weeks for training, followed by 30 minutes per month for ongoing support
- Proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress
- Willingness to be trained in clinical assessment, differential diagnosis, and DSM-5 criteria for diagnostic evaluation
- Experience utilizing an electronic health/medical record system to document progress notes, treatment plans, etc.
- Must be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board

Job Requirements
- Deep experience building patient lifecycle programs from the ground up, including end-to-end ownership of email and SMS (strategy, execution, reporting and optimization).
- Hands-on experience with the lifecycle platform Braze (required).
- Healthcare experience (strongly preferred).
- Experience partnering with Product, Growth, and Data teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience reporting on conversion, engagement, and funnel metrics.
- Proven ability to simplify and scale complex communication ecosystems.
- A/B testing and experimentation frameworks beyond basic subject-line tests.

- The offer range is dependent on qualifications and experience. New hires can reasonably expect an offer between $139,500 and $164,100. The full salary range for this full-time, exempt role is $139,500 - $188,700.
