Role Description
At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Global Trade Import Export Compliance Manager to join our team. This role will oversee export compliance and regulatory requirements across operations and customers in North America, Europe, and Asia ensuring adherence to export control regulations and key international trade. The successful candidate will serve as the company’s subject matter expert for global export controls, supporting international aerospace supply chains and programs.
Work Environment:
- Remote position with approximately 15% travel to support training, audits, and operational sites.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years experience in export compliance within aerospace, defense, or manufacturing
- Strong working knowledge of ITAR and EAR regulations
- Experience with DDTC licensing and export classification
- Experience managing SAM registration and federal contractor compliance requirements
- Familiarity with CMMC requirements and SPRS score submissions
- Experience using DECCS, SNAP-R, AES, and ACE systems
- Aerospace, defense, or specialty materials industry experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or International Trade

- Ability to lead cross-functional compliance initiatives
- Experience developing trade compliance programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
