Position Summary:
- Lead employee relations strategy, managing complex and high-risk cases including investigations, policy violations, and workplace concerns
- Design and oversee end-to-end workplace investigation processes, ensuring consistency, compliance, and thorough documentation
- Partner with HR, Legal, Compliance, and business leaders to mitigate risk and support effective, fair decision-making
- Develop and standardize ER tools, processes, and training to enable managers and HR partners
- Analyze ER trends and provide insights to drive continuous improvement and proactive risk management
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or related field preferred
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience with deep expertise in employee relations and workplace investigations
- Strong knowledge of employment laws (e.g., harassment, discrimination, ADA, FMLA, wage & hour) and experience partnering with Legal or Compliance
- Proven ability to manage sensitive situations with sound judgment, discretion, and a calm, credible presence
- Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills with a process-oriented and continuous improvement mindset

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $100,000.00–$120,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include possible incentive and productivity programs, health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
