• Ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant workforce processes, while supporting an exceptional client experience. • Drive operational excellence such as onboarding 5,000+ employees each year. • Provide high-level support to coordinators, overseeing the workflow to ensure hires are completed accurately and on time. • Point of contact for clients. • Implement & assist in planning of the Client Experience & Engagement Plan. • Lead the improvement of current client engagement activities including Communities of Practice, onboarding, training, check-ins, and site visits. • Apply project management methodologies to oversee high-volume, high-risk workforce processes. • Ownership of Systems, Data, & Continuous Improvement cycle. • Lead biannual regression testing and validation for Workday enhancements. • Track and analyze KPI’s. • Lead internal professional development sessions.
