Job Description

Role Description

The Partner Director is responsible for the management and development of partners within their respective regions with the express intent of driving revenue with their assigned partners in the region. This specific role in the Americas will be focused primarily on managing and developing the regional and boutique partners. You will also be involved in regional and opportunity level execution with our GSIs.

  • Manages named partners in the region to assist sales team in meeting and exceeding business targets, inclusive of Regional SI’s, GSI’s, Resellers.
  • Selectively recruits, onboards and develops partners in assigned territory.
  • Executes go to market plans with managed partners, runs account mapping sessions, oversees onboarding, pipeline development & marketing plans.
  • Articulates the Camunda vision, technology and value proposition to current and prospective partners.
  • Partners with sales and sales leadership on driving effective collaboration in sales engagements with partners.

Qualifications

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years field sales experience in Channel or direct sales capacity.
  • Demonstrated repeated success leading partner engagement plans to consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Knowledge of the sales cycle, process and methods that apply to the partner sales process and a joint go to market strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to manage Salesforce reporting, pipeline management.
  • Ability to travel if needed.
  • Background in intelligent automation or BPM market space or related area in services industry, with International experience a plus.
  • Strong executive presence and a proven ability to lead and facilitate executive interactions with partners.
  • Excellent abilities to influence, build relationships and credibility across a diverse set of both internal & external cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong and proven negotiation skills.
  • Experience in selling value driven outcomes with software or solutions.
