Chainlink Labs

Chainlink is the industry-standard oracle platform bringing the capital markets onchain and powering the majority of decentralized finance (DeFi). The Chainlink stack provides the essential data, interoperability, compliance, and privacy standards needed to power advanced blockchain use cases for institutional tokenized assets, lending, payments, stablecoins, and more. Many of the world’s largest financial services institutions have adopted Chainlink’s standards and infrastructure. Chainlink leverages a novel fee model where offchain and onchain revenue from enterprise adoption is converted to LINK tokens and stored in a strategic Chainlink Reserve.

In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering actionable people analytics that support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the People function and the broader business to provide high-quality solutions within our People Technology ecosystem.

  • Own and administer key People Technology modules, such as Workday, Lattice, or other related systems.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimize disruption.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the People Technology ecosystem to support organizational growth and evolving business needs.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in People systems and analytics.
  • Promote best practices in configuration, documentation, testing, and system design to ensure long-term stability and reliability across the People Technology ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS or People Systems roles, with hands-on configuration and administration responsibilities.
  • 3+ years of experience with Workday system administration and support at scale, including deep expertise in HCM, Advanced Compensation, and Absence.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Workday reporting (custom reports, calculated fields, RaaS) and comfort working with analytics teams to deliver insights.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes, the employee lifecycle, and cross-system data flows.
  • Experience performing EIBs, regression testing, configuration impact analysis, and release management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous requirements into scalable configuration solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and build productive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, operate independently, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Comfort handling sensitive data, supporting compliance needs, and adhering to data governance best practices.

Requirements

  • All roles with Chainlink Labs are global and remote-based. Unless otherwise stated, we ask that you try to overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
  • We carefully review all applications and aim to provide a response to every candidate within two weeks after the job posting closes.
  • The closing date is listed on the job advert, so we encourage you to take the time to thoughtfully prepare your application.
  • We want to fully consider your experience and skills, and you will hear from us regarding the status of your application shortly after the closing date.
