Job Requirements
- BS/BA degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business
- 5 years of hip and/or joint replacement technology-based product management experience
- Strong proficiency using MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as a collaborative team member as well as independently
- Excellent attention to detail, producing high quality output
- Flexibility and strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Applies sound judgment when making decisions and communicating with peers and management
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully
- Looks for ways to improve quality of key processes with department
- Keeps an active focus on conserving organizational resources, aligned with business goals
- Treats people with respect; keeps commitments; inspires the trust of others; works with integrity and ethically; upholds organizational values
- Exhibits sound and accurate judgement; includes appropriate people in decision-making process
