Job Description

• Generate leads and drive sales • Submit regular sales reports to management • Inform potential and existing customers of product features and benefits • Resolve customer complaints • Create and present persuasive sales proposals to customers • Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers • Utilize persuasive negotiation skills to close sales • Upsell additional products such as PPE and supplies • Travel within an assigned territory for face-to-face meetings with customers • Continually meet or exceed sales targets set by TWRS • Maintain accurate records of leads, accounts, and sales utilizing NetSuite • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry developments • Communicate with customers and TWRS staff via phone and email • Inform customers of upcoming promotions through regular outbound communications

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Previous experience with industrial B2B sales
  • Previous experience with CRM software
  • Prioritization and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and documentation
  • Professionalism in all situations in the workplace and when working with customers
  • Ability to maintain an organized and clean work environment
