• Responsible for guiding and implementing operational strategies that support Holistic Industries’ wholesale objectives. • Serve as the liaison between Wholesale Sales, GP’s, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Corporate leadership to ensure forecasting accuracy, commission governance, CRM optimization, white-glove fulfillment, and regulatory compliance. • Create and uphold scalable systems, operational excellence, and customer experience standards that enable sustainable growth. • Guide and implement operational strategies in partnership with the wholesale sales team to achieve annual revenue and margin plans. • Lead wholesale supply and demand planning between the wholesale sales needs, GP and corporate office.
