The role is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, evaluating, defining, planning, and managing specialty products and services, including new development and enhancements across the complete product lifecycle. This involves partnering with leadership to translate business strategy into product strategies, roadmaps, and requirements that deliver customer value and meet business goals.

The Senior Product Manager will gain a deep understanding of the user and buyer market, focusing on charge capture, and engage with customers to define product improvement opportunities. They will own the product development lifecycle, define success metrics, and lead cross-functional teams through execution.
