• Grow and manage sales within assigned accounts • Developing strong relationships across Purchasing, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership • Identify and pursue new business with underdeveloped kitchen manufacturers • Promote Hafele's full product offering, including functional hardware, kitchen organization, fasteners, and lighting • Collaborate with internal teams and dealer networks to ensure aligned efforts and maximize sales opportunities • Communicate regularly with Hafele colleagues on dealer feedback, product needs, and market trends • Present new product launches and act as knowledgeable resource on Hafele's solutions • Participate in team strategy sessions and contribute ideas for growth and improvement • Assist in developing "customer specific products"
