Job Description

• To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a Technical Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for the North American region to join us as soon as possible • Provide comprehensive support to our strategically important customers with the aim of building long-term relationships • Drive projects forward successfully and collaborate with the LUIS team to develop optimal solutions • Focus on acquiring and managing medium and large OEM customers, especially manufacturers of mobile machines in intralogistics, on-road & crane, and off-road sectors • Establish, maintain, and strategically develop new and existing customer relationships across North America • Conduct regular on-site visits to assess customer needs, provide consulting, and support ongoing projects • Manage product introductions in close coordination with customers, project management, and development teams • Monitor market and competitor trends and identify new business opportunities in North America • Present product solutions, innovations, and concepts at trade shows, customer events, and internal meetings • Prepare customer-specific proposals in close collaboration with internal sales and management • Actively contribute to pricing processes, contract negotiations, and follow-up on submitted offers • Work closely with colleagues in internal sales to ensure seamless workflows • Serve as a primary contact for technical inquiries and act as the interface between customers and product development • Maintain customer data in the CRM system and provide regular updates to sales management

Job Requirements

  • Technical training or a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer vision, or industrial engineering
  • Several years of experience in key account management for technical products and AI software
  • Strong enthusiasm for forward-looking fields such as computer vision, neural networks, and artificial intelligence
  • At least five years of experience in our segment, including camera monitor systems, driver assistance systems, and AI-based technologies
  • Experience in project management is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel within North America (up to 50%)
  • Business-fluent English; German is a plus
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of teamwork
  • Confident use of office software (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Strong time-management and self-organization skills
