• Orchestrate and manage the core operational elements involved in the execution and delivery of high value client projects in collaboration with the Project Director • Review brand materials and generate clarifying questions for client discussion • Collaborate with Project Director to generate early story hypothesis • Develop interview and observational guide questions used to gather market research data • Conduct one-on-one interviews with Senior level leadership across the top Pharma companies • Work with Project Coordinator and Field Leads to ensure field execution excellence • Track and monitor completion of project and provide project updates to client • Build comprehensive project specific presentations to train and brief Field Specialists • Collaborate with Project Director in developing client presentations • Craft the early presentation story by providing direction and guidance to the analysis team • Cascade of results presentation to the marketing and sales managers/rep teams after presented to the executive leadership team by the PD, VP or GM. • Conduct project presentations to internal and external STEM stakeholders as needed • Collaborate with Project Manager Lead, Project Managers, and global team to identify best practices and standards to deliver global projects that drive efficiency throughout the organization
