Movable Ink scales content personalization for marketers through data-activated content generation and AI decisioning. The Vice President of Product Management will report to the Chief Product Officer and be responsible for executing Movable Ink’s product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the engineering and design teams. You are a leader who balances deep technical expertise in email and mobile marketing with operational excellence in SDLC and Agile methodologies.  The mandate for this role is to ensure disciplined execution shipping software that customers adopt and see value from.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CPO, C-suite, and extended executive team to shape and evolve Movable Ink’s product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap
  • Manage, mentor, and coach a team of 8-10 PMs up leveling up their mastery of product management skills and guiding their long-term career growth.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering strong product judgment, execution excellence, and long-term career growth
  •  Establish and continuously improve product management practices, partnering with Program Management to drive effective SDLC, agile processes, and predictable delivery
  • Own the definition, communication, and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy, customer needs, and business outcomes
  • Collaborate deeply with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing and the Applied AI team in the planning and execution of the product roadmap and release cycles. 
  • Serve as a senior leader within the Product Advisory Council, partnering directly with customers on early-access programs, co-development initiatives, and strategic feedback
  • Act as a trusted product advisor to Go-to-Market teams, supporting customer acquisition, expansion, and retention where product differentiation is critical
  • Support resolution of complex customer escalations as needed, engaging with senior and executive-level stakeholders and traveling occasionally when required
  •  Maintain a strong understanding of Movable Ink’s products, platforms, and technical architecture to inform strategic decision-making
  • Drive delivery of product capabilities that create customer value, support revenue growth, and strengthen Movable Ink’s competitive position

Qualifications

Product & Technical Expertise

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership of complex, customer-facing enterprise software from concept through launch and scale
  • Experience with B2C CRM and personalization capabilities across email, SMS, push, in-app, and web channels
  • Exposure to AI-driven decisioning, automation, or agentic systems within Martech, Adtech, or adjacent platforms
  • Familiarity with B2C email and mobile platforms, partner ecosystems, and responsible AI practices, including data privacy and bias mitigation
  • Stays current on emerging AI trends and applications relevant to marketing technology and product development

Leadership & People Management

  • Proven ability to lead and develop product managers and technical leaders, building high-performing, engaged teams
  • Experience driving multi-quarter product roadmaps informed by data, customer insights, and business outcomes
  • Track record of setting clear goals, success metrics, and delivery timelines for complex initiatives
  • Experience working with global or distributed product and engineering teams

Communication & Collaboration

  • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including executive stakeholders and customers
  • Experience presenting product vision, strategy, and roadmap updates to internal and external audiences
  • Strong collaborative and consultative approach with cross-functional partners, including Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success

Strategy & Execution

  • Experience developing and articulating product vision aligned with company strategy and revenue goals
  • Understanding of how ML/AI-powered capabilities drive customer engagement and business impact
  • Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, execution-oriented mindset, comfortable evolving existing systems to support future scale
  • Experience supporting corporate development activities such as product diligence or post-acquisition integration (preferred)

The base pay range for this position is $275,000-$325,000 USD /year, which will include additional bonus depending on the position ultimately offered, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
