Job Description

• Provide executive and leadership-focused counseling via telehealth • Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches adapted for leadership contexts • Support clients in managing stress, performance pressure, and role complexity • Maintain ethical, professional, and clinically appropriate care • Complete documentation and session notes in a timely manner • Collaborate with leadership and clinical support teams • Participate in ongoing training and professional development related to leadership and executive counseling

Job Requirements

Active, unrestricted LMHP license
Strong clinical judgment and ethical practice
Comfort working with high-functioning, high-responsibility clients
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to provide services via telehealth
Experience or interest in leadership, business, or executive work
Experience with stress management, burnout, identity, or performance issues
Interest in professional growth and specialization
