Job Description
• Provide high-quality, client-centered, Christian faith-based counseling via telehealth.
• Support clients in navigating life challenges while incorporating Biblical principles and spiritual guidance.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans based on their unique needs and spiritual beliefs.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation of client sessions.
• Stay current with continuing education and licensure requirements.
Job Requirements
- Board Certification as a Christian Counselor (e.g., certification from the National Christian Counselors Association or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of Christian principles, theology, and their application in counseling.
- Active and unrestricted license as a counselor or therapist (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent) preferred.
- Telehealth experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to supporting clients from diverse backgrounds.
