Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a global leadership role
- Proven track record designing and scaling global recruiting strategies in high growth or multiregional organizations
- Proven record of managing teams remotely
- Strong understanding of recruitment technologies and hiring best practices
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing global teams
- Expertise with specialized support hiring
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Experience in multiple industries or matrixed environments
- Certifications such as SHRMSCP, SPHR, or Global Talent Management credentials preferred
- Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (Breezy- current ATS)
