• Build a deep understanding of Nema’s care model, patient journey, and operational workflows • Map the current-state systems across growth, care delivery, and billing/RCM • Ship scoped workflow improvements through no-code/configuration-based implementations • Use rapid experimentation to validate hypotheses, uncover bottlenecks, and drive measurable improvements in conversion, experience, and operational efficiency • Own end-to-end product initiatives with measurable impact on care and business KPIs • Partner with clinical, growth, and operations teams to surface insights and test improvements • Introduce new tools or vendor capabilities as part of the product toolkit • Establish documentation and decision frameworks to keep teams aligned and moving • Own roadmap outcomes across at least one core business domain • Scale solutions from MVP into durable systems and operations • Deepen our product architecture • Help shape future decisions around bringing more engineering in-house as we evolve the tech stack
