Job Description

Role Description

The Sr Service Administration Specialist, ES will support the Endoscopy business unit by administering all service-related functions for ES Capital Equipment, from the time of installation to the time that the equipment is sent inhouse for repairs. This position will have oversight for processes including, but not limited to:

  • Collection of installation documents
  • Execution of Point of Purchase (POP) service contracts
  • Distribution and follow up of Time & Material (T&M) estimates for final authorization

The Senior ES Service Administrator specialist will review and track service contract renewals of existing Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation (HCUS) customers and will work closely with the sales team by providing analysis for non-contract customers and to advise of any possible upcoming terminations and renewals for business generation opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field with 2 to 4 years’ experience or Associates Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field with 4 to 6 years’ experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in contracts administration and quotes generation, preferably in a healthcare related field.
  • Requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong skillset in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Must be proficient in Business Operations Systems (SAP, Salesforce).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Presentation skills are a plus.
  • Must be able to lead through influence, enacting change and process improvement.
  • Self-directed with high energy and motivation.

Requirements

  • The ability to sit up 75-100% of applicable work time.
  • The ability to use your hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards, up to 100% of applicable work time.
  • The ability to stand, talk, and hear for 75% of applicable work time.
  • The ability to lift and carry up to ten pounds up to 20% of applicable work time.
  • Close Vision: The ability to see clearly at twenty inches or less.

Travel

  • Occasional (up to 10%) travel may be required based on business need.
