Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree OR Associate degree and 1 year of applicable work experience OR 2 years of applicable work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience required analyzing datasets using tools such as Excel, SQL, Looker Analytics, Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
- Demonstrated ability to use advanced Microsoft Excel functions and formulas (vlookup, pivot tables, etc.).
- 2 years of experience required in data analysis and reporting.
- At least 21 years of age.
- TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements.
- Preferred: Experience using UKG (formerly UltiPro & Kronos) preferred.
- Experience with HRIS implementations or system upgrades preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree, coursework, or experience in Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related preferred.
