Job Description

• Full-Cycle B2B Sales Execution - Own the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and outbound prospecting to deal closure and renewals. • Institutional Partnerships & Business Development - Build and execute a targeted outreach strategy to engage VCs, accelerators, corporate innovation teams, and academic institutions. • Sales Strategy & Market Positioning - Define and implement a structured sales funnel with clear KPIs and success metrics. • Leadership & Team Building - Lead and mentor early-stage sales hires, with the long-term goal of building a high-performing sales team.

Job Requirements

  • 5-10+ years in B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships within SaaS, consulting, or educational products.
  • Proven track record in selling high-ticket products—experience with info-products, SaaS subscriptions, or enterprise consulting services is a strong plus.
  • Experience in a senior sales role at a competitor or a consulting firm specializing in startup methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Strong deal-making and negotiation ability with C-level stakeholders.
  • Deep network in the startup and VC ecosystem, with connections to accelerators, VCs, and ecosystem players.
  • Ability to design and execute scalable B2B sales processes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
