Job Description

• Manage and grow a regional portfolio of elementary school partners. • Identify and engage prospective elementary schools and districts. • Present product demonstrations and articulate the value of Lirvana Labs’ solutions. • Manage all stages of the sales process, from lead qualification to closing. • Achieve regional sales targets aligned to organizational growth goals. • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned schools and networks. • Support onboarding, implementation, and professional development activities. • Ensure partners experience smooth rollouts and ongoing value. • Build and maintain relationships with district administrators, instructional leaders, and community organizations. • Attend and support regional conferences, workshops, and partner events. • Identify opportunities to deepen engagement with existing partners. • Travel up to 30% for school visits, district presentations, events, and conferences.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in K–12 education, edtech, sales, or school partnerships (elementary experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong relationship-building skills and comfort engaging school and district leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a sales or partnership pipeline.
  • Experience supporting program implementations in school settings is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and prioritize effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 30%.
  • Passion for improving educational outcomes and supporting diverse learners.
