• Analyze and interpret title opinions, deeds, leases, and contracts to determine ownership. • Maintain and update Division of Interest (DOI) decks with accuracy and timeliness. • Collaborate with Land, Accounting, and Legal teams to ensure proper revenue distribution and interest setup. • Research and resolve title discrepancies, suspense issues, and ownership changes. • Provide clear communication with interest owners and internal departments.
