Director of Commercial Strategy & Analytics at Optro’s SaaS platform

This role leads the strategic growth of the CHIME Education Foundation by developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure philanthropic investment for leadership development, scholarships, and educational initiatives. The Director will cultivate relationships with donors, partners, and executive leadership to build sustainable support aligned with CHIME's mission.

The Associate Director of Advanced Analytics is primarily responsible for all aspects of personal and non-personal promotion response analytics and brand deep dives across the product portfolio. This role involves leveraging secondary analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning to evaluate brand performance and optimize marketing investments.

This role is responsible for crafting and executing content strategies for products and partnerships to support the enterprise value proposition of creating measurable behavior change at the point of care. Key duties include developing tailored content strategies, conducting audience research, collaborating cross-functionally, and managing new content vendors.
