We offer a competitive salary range of $75,800 - $85,900 annually, along with a supportive work environment focused on growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office communications and correspondence
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintain and update client records and files
- Prepare and distribute reports and documents
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management
- Respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in the on-boarding of new staff members

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
