Job Requirements
- A minimum of seven (7) years of progressive HR experience with significant hands-on responsibility for HR operations, including payroll, HRIS, and benefits and leave administration.
- Proven experience leading and developing a small, multi-disciplinary HR operations or shared-services team.
- Strong technical execution skills and comfort operating in a lean, process-improvement-focuses environment are essential.
- Bachelor's Degree of Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field of study.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification.

The manager will own and lead core people programs end-to-end, including onboarding, performance management, and career development, while also evolving the People Operations infrastructure like systems, processes, and policies with a focus on equity and inclusion.
