Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage pre-litigation cases in the area of Lemon Law.
• Evaluate statute of limitations for new matters and audit newly signed cases for completeness.
• Conduct thorough case analysis and develop effective strategies.
• Communicate and negotiate with manufacturers and dealerships.
• Prepare legal documents, including demand letters and settlement agreements.
• Provide counsel and support to clients throughout the pre-litigation process.

Qualifications:

• MUST BE ADMITTED TO THE CALIFORNIA STATE BAR.
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Ability to handle an aggressive caseload..
• Ability to build rapport with clients and defense counsel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
