• Directly impacts the organization’s culture and productivity by coordinating and streamlining strategic and cross-departmental initiatives • Serves as a member of and guides the activities of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) • Oversees internal communication • Supports the implementation and execution of the CEO’s and SLT’s vision for the future of the organization • Coordinates the process of setting short- and long-term goals • Oversees the tracking of progress against established goals • Provides high-level operational and strategic support and advice to the SLT on complex projects of high importance • Assumes responsibility for the day-to-day coordination and operational effectiveness of leadership team processes • Works with the SLT to support organizational culture and help define and execute strategic initiatives • Manages multiple duties simultaneously, handling both long-term projects and immediate time-sensitive matters
