Job Description

• Responsible for the sales of consumable and diagnostic lab supplies and instrumentation within a defined territory. • Maintain effective customer relations, develop opportunities for growth within an existing customer base, and assure market penetration and profitability. • Lead and manage the assigned territory to ensure effective, proactive relationships with hospitals, labs, and ancillary medical professionals. • Work closely with internal teams and supplier partner resources to address customer requirements and deliver comprehensive solutions. • Develop and execute a strategic business plan for the territory, establishing clear sales strategies. • Conduct effective sales meetings, presentations, and product discussions with existing and potential customers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in the sciences
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience is required
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office
  • Organizational skills to multi-task and meet deadlines as needed
  • Strong industry, healthcare and science background preferred
  • Able and willing to travel to customer locations
  • Able to pass required vendor credentialing for hospital/lab access
