Job Description
Role Description
The VP/SVP of Clinical Services is a multifaceted leadership role that provides clinical oversight and guidance to our Care Gap Closure programs to ensure the successful execution and quality of the programs. You are one of the most critical parts of the leadership team and will be expected to perform at the highest level. You own the recruitment, screening, hiring, onboarding, educating, and management of 300-1,000 clinical students, as well as program design, data and security management, quality assurance, and management of the scope of practice.
This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, loves variety, can handle long hours and stress, and loves to scale massive, national clinical services businesses. You are both a leader and a doer. There are no "zones" for this role - you will be asked to roll up your sleeves, and take on whatever is needed.

- Identify and implement improvements for our current care gap closure services, including workflows and call scripts.
- Identify new care gap closure opportunities with new and existing clients.
-
Quality Management
- Review documentation for errors. Develop and scale plans to mitigate errors and improve the workforce’s documentation.
- Own the quality assurance process by managing individuals who perform the reviews and completing reviews yourself. Assist in the development and ongoing optimization of new automated review tools.
- Maintain and optimize student performance dashboards.
- Sustain a consistent process for coaching and addressing performance issues.
- Manage the internal ticketing system to manage any issues experienced on the Grove, our internal software for performing Care Gap Closure.
-
Data Security Management
- Ensure students are compliant with data security standards (HITRUST, SOC2, and HIPAA).
