Job Description
The Partner, Engagement & Belonging is responsible for designing and leading Envision’s enterprise listening, engagement, and belonging efforts. This role serves as the architect of how the organization listens to teammates, translates feedback into insight, and activates inclusive, belonging-focused practices through tangible programs and leader actions.
Operating in a complex healthcare environment, this role combines analytical rigor with practical execution. This role partners with leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams to ensure engagement and belonging efforts are credible, actionable, and embedded into how the organization operates, not treated as standalone initiatives.
