Job Description

• Ensure customer’s SAP HR/Payroll and Rimini Street US Payroll Tax Engine is compliant with legal requirements • Provide subject matter expertise in US HR/Payroll legislation related to payroll tax • Convert Business Requirements describing legislative change into functional specifications/product requirements • Work closely with the development team to ensure adherence to acceptance criteria • Provide end user documentation that is client-facing

Job Requirements

Experience (7+ years) US Payroll with large multi-state operations
Experience (7+ years) SAP US HR/Payroll or other large scale ERP system with integrated US Tax Calculations
In-depth understanding of US payroll legislation from tax calculation, withholding requirements, and reporting
A record of successful roles in multiple Enterprise Application projects (including full development and full QA lifecycle processes)
Exceptional analytical skills
Proficient in developing Business Analysis and Functional specification documentations from regulatory requirements and tax data
Explain payroll processes and calculations independent of ERP system
Manually calculate US Federal, State, and Local Taxes correctly without software or online calculator
Ability to accurately transfer understanding of all critical information relating to each tax and regulatory change to clients and various internal teams
Advanced Excel skills
