Job Description

• Manages teams within revenue cycle operations • Responsible for motivating staff to achieve the highest levels to meet organizational goals • Identifies and implements solutions to problems and issues affecting teams • Participates in the redesign of processes and systems to improve service, data integrity, and staff productivity/quality • Reviews and tracks trends and makes recommendations for problem and issue resolutions • Develops and conducts meaningful performance appraisals

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
comprehensive knowledge of revenue cycle functions and systems
minimum of five (5) years of experience within the area of revenue management
experience with Account Billing, Follow-up, Charge Integrity, Insurance Verification or other functions related to revenue cycle activities preferred
supervisory skills that emphasize team building and strong leadership
proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
strong written and verbal communication skills
effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills
strong organizational skills
