Job Description
• Develop and oversee medical communication strategies across multiple client therapeutic areas
• Provide strategic counsel to pharmaceutical and biotech clients on best-in-class scientific messaging
• Lead conceptualization and execution of high-impact programs
• Serve as the primary strategic advisor for key accounts
• Translate complex scientific data into compelling, actionable insights
• Drive agency’s growth through organic and identifying new business opportunities
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in medical communications, pharmaceutical marketing, or related fields
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful medical communication strategies
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical product development, commercialization, and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills
- Experience in digital and emerging communication platforms is highly desirable.
