Job Requirements
- 3+ years in growth marketing, product growth, conversion optimization, or experimentation-focused roles.
- Proven experience driving cross-functional experiments from concept to launch to insight.
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics: traffic, CTR, CVR, activation, retention, revenue.
- Comfortable working with Product, Engineering, Web, Creative, and Analytics teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent tests.
- Data-driven, but creative in forming hypotheses and identifying leverage points.
- Clear communicator who can align stakeholders and keep momentum moving.
- Bonus: Experience in SaaS, creator tools, subscription businesses, or consumer experimentation programs.
