• Serve the role of product lead in both agile and waterfall software development methodologies: define Epics and Features, actively participate and facilitate capability mapping and feature definition workshops to craft Business Requirements Documents • Roadmapping and implementation planning • Manage scope and requirements schedule, negotiate scope trade-offs throughout the development cycle • Review and guide Solution Requirement Specification crafting by Business Analysts on the team • Effectively interface with cross-functional teams of clinical domain experts, product directors, program management, and application development teams in a new product development/enhancement process • Analyzing data using simple SQL queries • Partnering with Architecture, Data Governance, Data Integration, and other related teams to develop and maintain a data product roadmap • Prioritize product fixes and enhancements based on input from key stakeholders • Work with developers and QA Engineers to produce and test new features and fixes • Become a product expert and subject matter expert on a portfolio of data products
