Job Requirements
- Minimum of five years sales experience - required.
- Enterprise or large commercial sales experience - preferred.
- Strong knowledge of multifamily industry products / services - preferred.
- Demonstrated success in historical sales capacity.
- Prospecting Skills: In order to expand our Multifamily business, it is important that this position be able to build new relationships for the company and branches.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to present complex integrated enterprise solutions that are common in the Multifamily environment as well as conduct branch trainings.
- Closing Skills: Must be able to close proposals at a rate deemed acceptable by management, overcome objections, have strong negotiation skills, and manage longer sales cycles.
